海绵宝宝第三季

　　小建筑师巴布和可爱的组员Dizzy、Lofty、Muck、Roley、Scoop，加上稻草人Spud、猫咪Pilchard及好友Wendy可说是城市中不可或缺的重要人物喔！他们除了修修马路外，要负责维修受损的东西，当然少不了盖新大楼等大工程。为了让剌猬们安全过马路，小小建筑师们专程替刺猬盖了新的地下道；巴布还会修理热水管，爱耍宝的他却把水管拿来当喇叭吹，吵得大家不得安宁；举凡城市中发生的芝麻小事，交给巴布准没错，可是生性迷糊的他，一天到晚闹笑话让大家哭笑不得！

　　在一座美丽的小镇上，生活着名叫巴布（Neil Morrissey 配音）的建筑工程师，他热情正直，善良可亲，其出色的建筑本领更是为镇上的人们所称道。巴布和温蒂共同经营者建筑王国，他们有很多得力的助手：红色推土机马克、黄色推土/挖土机耍酷、吊车小芙、压路机罗利、搅拌机狄丝，这些小伙伴在巴布的带领下共同建设着这座美好的城市，并且在这一过程中，也发生着各种各样有趣的事情。他们的口号是：“我们行不行？（Can We Fix It?）”“我们一定行！（Yes, We Can!）”（简介中人名翻译遵照台版）。　　本片为英国BBC电视台于1999年开播的系列动画，已在世界上140多个国家播出。
